Location: Resort Hotel Zagaia is located in the Central Region of Brazil, near the Pantanal, 270km from Campo Grande, the capital city of the State of South Mato Grosso, Bonito is connected to the rest of the country by paved roads. There is also an airfield with a non paved 1.12 mile lane (right in front the hotel area) for short and middle size aircrafts.

Accomodation: The resort has 66 decorated apartments, all equipped with air-conditioning, telephone, satellite television, refrigerator and optional services. Each of the units can be one, two or three bed capacity. Daily rates include breakfast and dinner, facilities, local activities and entertainment.

Facilities: There is a boutique in the hotel where you can find many local articles like, t-shirts and patchwork or a large quantity of necessities and souvenirs. Dining: 2 restaurants: One is open-air near the swimming-pool area that serves breakfast and lunch. The other is primarilyt used for dinner. After that, the guests are invited to participate in games and karaoke sessions. Local and international cuisine.

Leisure: Well-equipped fitness room supervised by qualified trainers. 3 heated swimming pools, one for adults, other for kids and the third for babies. Hydro-gymnastics and oriented recreation in the swimming pools. Horse rides and walks in the woods are part of a supervised leisure program offered by the hotel. There's also a kiosk nearby the swimming pools, used as a meeting point or happy hour, where the guests can have cocktails and refreshing drinks especially prepared for the occasion.

Meeting Facilities: 2 conference rooms: Zagaia Room: a conversion from one of the restaurants, has an 13,000 ft2 area and houses up to 320 persons, depending on the configuration adopted, fully structured for big meetings, and a 460 ft2 stage, equipped with professional lighting and sound, microphones, 110 e 220v. power connection, telephonic central, fax machine and computer/internet connection. Kadiweu Room, 970 ft2 area, ar-conditioning, support room and the same equipment as above. Optional:flip chart or white board, videocassete recorder, slide projector, 34" tv, laser pen, retro-projector and wide screen, pulpit, ambient sound, flags, banner supports and event receptionists in uniform. Welcome drink, cocktails and coffee-break.
